THE COGNAC APPELLATION TRAINED STUDENTS IN OENOLOGY AND VITICULTURE ON 22 MARCH IN CHINA

The Cognac interprofession organized a masterclass on Cognac for Chinese students on 22 March..

On 22 March 2023, the Cognac appellation hosted a masterclass on Cognac at the Department of Oenology and Viticulture of the Peng Guo China Agricultural University in Beijing.
The programme included a focus on the Cognac culture, its specificities and its unique terroir, followed by a tasting of different styles of Cognac to better appreciate its aromatic diversity.

This masterclass, led by the Cognac Educator Xu Wei, raised awareness of Cognac culture among Chinese students.
