Cognac will be present at the China Food and Drinks Fair on 8 April

The Cognac appellation is inviting Chinese professionals to its Masterclass on Saturday 8 April 2023 at the China Food Drinks Fair.

 

On Saturday 8 April, the Cognac interprofession will be holding a masterclass on Cognac at the China Food Drinks Fair.

The program will include a presentation of the Cognac Geographical Indication, its specificities and its unique terroir, followed by a tasting of different styles of cognac to better appreciate its aromatic diversity.
This masterclass, led by the Cognac Educator Xu Wei, will raise awareness of the Cognac culture among Chinese professionals.

Since 1955, the China Food Drinks Fair (Chengdu), known as the barometer of the Chinese food and beverage industry, is one of the oldest and largest fairs in China.
Each edition covers an area of 100,000 square meters with more than 3,000 exhibitors and 150,000 trade visitors.

CFDF is known as the most important event in the industry, due to its history, size and nature of its visitors. A great influence throughout China, a “must” for market professionals.
