Cognac to train Chinese bartenders in May 2023

The Cognac appellation is inviting Chinese bartenders to its masterclasses on 23, 25 and 30 May.

In May, the Cognac appellation will travel to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou to hold masterclasses on Cognac.

The program will include a presentation of the GI of Cognac, its specificities and its unique terroir, followed by a focus on mixology and a challenge during which each bartender will present his cocktail to a jury.

These masterclasses led by Anna Tan, Cognac Educator and Eddy Yang a renowned bartender, will see the qualification of 6 bartenders for the Bartender Challenge which will take place next June.
