COGNAC WILL BE PRESENT AT PROWINE SHANGHAI ON 8 NOVEMBER
The Cognac appellation is inviting Chinese professionals to its Masterclass on Wednesday 8 November 2023 at Prowine Shanghai
On Wednesday 8 November, the Cognac interprofession will be holding a masterclass on Cognac at Prowine Shanghai.
The program will include a presentation of the Cognac Geographical Indication, its origins, specificities and terroir, followed by a tasting of different styles of cognac. Some dishes will also be offered to create pairings with Chinese gastronomy.
This masterclass, led by the Cognac Educator Wei XU, will raise awareness of the Cognac culture among Chinese professionals.
ProWine Shanghai is China’s leading wine and spirits trade show. It plays an important role in the industry, providing information on new highlights and trends.
In 2021, nearly 460 companies from 19 countries and regions exhibited at ProWine Shanghai , where wine and spirits producers from around the world interacted with domestic producers, importers, distributors and key buyers.
