The Cognac appellation at the France Quintessence fair in Paris, a key event for spirits connoisseurs and trend-setters on 11 and 12 September 2022

France Quintessence, the French spirits fair will take place on 11 and 12 September at the Salle Wagram in Paris. Over the two-day fair, the Cognac appellation will offer several Cognac-food pairings at their dedicated exhibitor’s space, for spirits connoisseurs, professionals and specialist journalists alike. Six Cognac brands will also be showcased to represent the category.

COGNAC-FOOD PAIRINGS

Cognac is a cosmopolitan spirit consumed worldwide which can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, in cocktails and also makes the perfect accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes. At the appellation’s exhibitor space, Parisian chef and owner of the Eclipses restaurant (https://eclipses.fr/) Cyril Choisne will be preparing original creations – from starter to dessert – to taste with the different cognacs on offer. Passionate about Cognac, Cyril has given free rein to his creativity for three exceptional pairings that will delight the most discerning palates.

Cognac experts will be on hand at the BNIC exhibitor’s space over the two days, offering an opportunity to discover, learn about, discuss and taste this legendary spirit.
