• 45 ml VSOP Cognac

The recipe

Preparation time: 2 min

  • Pour the Pineau des Charentes, Bitters, and Cognac into the mixing glass. Fill with ice cubes and stir with the bar spoon for around twenty seconds. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes and pour in the contents of the mixing glass.
