- 45 ml VSOP Cognac
- 25 ml Old White Pineau des Charentes
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- One square of chocolate

- Pour the Pineau des Charentes, Bitters, and Cognac into the mixing glass. Fill with ice cubes and stir with the bar spoon for around twenty seconds. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes and pour in the contents of the mixing glass.
