The recipe

Preparation time: 2 min

  • Fill the rocks glass with ice cubes and pour the spoonful of absinthe over the top. Stir the ice cubes to freshen and flavor the glass.
  • Pour the sugar, bitters, and Cognac into the mixing glass.
  • Fill with ice cubes and stir with the bar spoon for around twenty seconds.
