- 60 ml Cognac
- 30 ml lemon
- 30ml Triple Sec
Preparation time: 5 min
- Frost the rim of the glass by rubbing with a lemon wedge then dipping in sugar.
- Put all the ingredients into the shaker.
- Add ice cubes until the shaker is 2/3-full and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- Filter the cocktail twice and pour into a champagne glass.
