A must-attend September event for bartenders and trend-setters, as well as new and experienced cocktail enthusiasts, it attracts over 15,000 visitors every year from all over the world. To date, Whisky Live Paris is undoubtedly the largest event dedicated to spirits tasting worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>For the 19<sup>th<\/sup> edition, Whisky Live Paris will welcome enthusiasts and professionals over three days. Spanning 15,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>, it boasts six balconies and outdoor areas visible from the very heart of the Grande Halle de la Villette exhibition centre.<\/p>\n<p>This year, thirteen Cognac houses will be present alongside the BNIC to share their passion and expertise both in the Whisky Live tasting area and Cocktail Street. The BNIC, in partnership with the Parisian bar Le Syndicat, will present three original Cognac-based creations.<\/p>\n<p>Hennessy will also be on hand to offer cocktail experiences at the Whisky Live Cocktail Street. Cognac is enjoying a real boom in popularity thanks to mixologists from around the world and their creations. Nearly 70% of Cognac is consumed in cocktails worldwide.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>TASTING CONFERENCE: COGNAC, A SOURCE OF FRENCH PRIDE TO DISCOVER IN ALL ITS DIVERSITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vice-President of the BNIC and Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel will lead a masterclass on Monday 23 October from 11.45am to 12.30am, to explain the aromatic diversity and intensity of Cognac, which makes this wine spirit a key reference in bars worldwide. This unique tasting will offer the opportunity to explore the many production methods and vast expertise of Cognac houses which have contributed to the distinctiveness and remarkable diversity of Cognac.
