COGNAC TO CROWN THE WINNER OF ITS BARTENDER COMPETITION MONDAY JUNE 26 IN SHANGHAI<\/h1>\n

On Monday June 26, the Cognac interprofession will be in Shanghai to crown the winner of its bartenders competition organized in China.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This summer, the Cognac appellation travelled from the north to the south of China to select six bartenders from a host of experts for a competition on Cognac cocktails.<\/p>\n

These six bartenders will meet in Shanghai on Monday June 26 to try and impress a jury of bartenders, Cognac Educatosr and industry journalists with their original creations.<\/p>\n

The competition, hosted by internationally renowned bartender Eddy Yang, will begin with a presentation of the selection process and the six candidates.
\nThese candidates will then have the opportunity to test their noses with a “blind tasting” aimed at identifying the different categories of Cognac presented. They will then present their creations to the jury: a cocktail on its own and a cocktail to accompany a local specialty for a food pairing moment, all Cognac based of course.<\/p>\n
