As part of its campaign to promote the Cognac geographical indication in the United States, the Cognac appellation created a 100% digital cocktail competition in 2020 to promote American bartenders. Called “Cognac Connection”, this contest gave the opportunity to bar professionals to share their know-how and their Cognac knowledge by proposing on social networks recipes of cocktails with Cognac.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We will welcome in Cognac from 9 to 14 October 2022 the American bartenders who won the 2021 edition of the competition :<\/p>\n
