Cognac is a wine spirit covered<\/h2>
by a Controlled Appellation of Origin<\/span><\/div><\/div>
[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text full_width_text=”non”]Cognac is a wine spirit covered by a Controlled Appellation of Origin, produced from white grapes exclusively grown in the Cognac delimited area. These grapes are fermented into wine, which is then distilled in traditional <\/span>Charentais<\/span><\/i> pot stills. <\/span><\/p>\n

The wine spirit thus obtained is aged in oak containers for a minimum of two years.
